I stayed in a junior suite, which was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown DeLand, but parking was limited during busy times. The staff was helpful when I left behind some personal items, quickly shipping them back to me. Great for families visiting Stetson or those looking for a charming getaway.

A cozy little find!

We ended up here during a storm and it turned out to be a delight! The staff was super chill and really made us feel welcome. The room was cozy and comfy, perfect for a small family. Loved getting breakfast at the onsite restaurant, their farm-to-table vibe is awesome. Just wish the parking was a bit better.

man, staying at artisan downtown was such a treat! the historic vibe is super cool and the rooms are nicely decorated and have this cozy feel. we got a junior suite which was really spacious, and there was even complimentary goodies waiting for us, like bottled water and snacks. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made our whole stay feel special. plus, it's just a short walk to all the fun places around downtown!

however, the street noise was kinda loud at night and parking could be a pain during busy times.

Communication with staff could be clearer!!! Parking isn’t ideal!!! Some facilities need better maintenance, especially showerheads!!! Noise disturbances from the street can be annoying!!! More modern amenities like power outlets are essential!!!

we loved artisan downtown! the historic charm paired with modern upgrades made it feel like a cozy home. walking distance to beautiful downtown and the staff was fantastic, especially the front desk team. the food from chica’s was amazing, and the intoxicating smells filled the entire hotel.
