I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to malls, restaurants, and nightlife. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Downtown! The hotel was beautiful and the staff, especially Jeff, were incredibly accommodating. On Valentine's Day, they even surprised us with delicious chocolate-covered strawberries. The service was top-notch and I highly recommend this hotel.

It was all superb.

We had a fantastic time here in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect and made it easy to walk to many great restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing a great welcome drink option upon our arrival. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and we really enjoyed lounging on the sun loungers.

We highly recommend this place to any family looking for a great downtown location.

Although my room wasn't ready when I wanted to check in early, the hotel quickly resolved the issue by providing me with another room. Additionally, as a young couple, the hotel did not have many guests around our age.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy for us to attend our meetings and explore the city. We also loved that there were great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The free parking was a great plus, as well as the free shuttle service to/from the airport. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a romantic escape. the location was also ideal, with plenty of cozy restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the complementary snacks and coffee in the lounge area, which was a great spot to unwind and relax.

Although our stay was very pleasant, the gym was a bit dirty and could have used more cleaning.

I had the best stay at a hotel in Salt Lake City! Everything was beautiful and clean, from the building to the rooms and hallways. The staff were all incredibly polite and helpful. The bed was so comfortable, almost as good as the one I have at home. The hotel had great facilities, including an in-house Starbucks and a large bar and eating area. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to both Salt Lake City and Park City. I also got vouchers for free breakfast and free parking, which was a nice bonus.

It's a great place to base yourself if you want to experience the city's vibrant downtown scene. Additionally, the rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, offering excellent customer service. it's a convenient and enjoyable place to stay in the heart of the city.
