As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious room with a spa-like bathroom and the spectacular view from our window. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided valuable information about the area. The proximity to restaurants and shops was a big plus, and the dog-friendly policy was a bonus.

We loved having direct access to Mirror Lake, making it convenient for any activity or meal. Everything, from the lakes to the shops and dining options, was close by. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The room amenities were perfect, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We enjoyed relaxing in the sitting area and even had garden furniture outside. The television and telephone in the room were a nice touch. The dining options were superb, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and a bar/lounge area for a relaxing drink. We also appreciated the picnic area and tables, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. this venue exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone.

We had the best family vacation in this hotel on the lake, with free access to kayaks and paddleboards for our teens. The friendly staff texted us every day to check if everything was okay, quickly fixing any issues we had. Our room was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view of the lake. The bathroom was top-notch, and the hotel location provided easy access to restaurants like the Dancing Bear. Also, we enjoyed lounging around the fireplace and reading books.

Though there were ample outdoor pools, some patio furniture on the lakeside was broken and not well maintained.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the lake and close to the village. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with both an indoor and outdoor pool. I loved being able to relax by the pool with a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The hotel also offered paddle boats and canoes, which was a fun and unique activity.

This hotel was perfect for my needs! The location couldn't have been better, right on Mirror Lake and in the heart of the action. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided were great. I especially loved the rooms with a superior view - who needs a balcony when you have that kind of scenery! The breakfast included was also a nice touch for the price.

My husband and I stayed at High Peaks Resort for a 3-day mini vacation. The waterfront collection suite we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. The staff during check-in were fast and friendly, even though we arrived late at night. The room was centrally located and gorgeously appointed. We loved the view of the mountains and lake from our spacious room. The bathrooms were great and the restaurant had a lovely outdoor deck with a stunning view. We can't wait to make this our go-to property for future getaways!

The advertising for the rooms was misleading as the view from the window was not as expected. the pricing was also unclear, making it difficult to understand what was included in the premium view.
