I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Woodbury for a couple of nights. The hotel was new and clean, with a great location. The room had a nice decor and the double door bathroom was a unique touch. I had a peaceful night's sleep and loved the festive Christmas decorations, especially the cold snowman. The staff, especially Kathy at the front desk, were hospitable and made the experience enjoyable. The hotel also had a fountain in front of the building, adding to the nice ambiance. it was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, with clean facilities and easy access to the elevator.

The room we stayed in was nice and clean with comfortable beds and linens. We had a peaceful and quiet stay, which was great for getting a good night's sleep. the property itself was well-maintained and looked beautiful.

The wifi signal was very weak, making it difficult to connect to the internet. Additionally, the cell phone reception was also quite poor, unless you were near a window or outside.

The staff at the front desk, especially Brandon, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for shopping and dining. I was delighted to find out that the hotel is pet-friendly, with no extra fees or size restrictions. My Labrador Retriever had a great time making friends in the lobby and at the nearby dog park. I highly recommend the Sheraton for business or pleasure trips in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at the 5-star hotel in Woodbury. The service was truly exceptional, deserving of a 5-star distinction. My Bonvoy Elite status as a Titanium member was well appreciated, as the suite upgrade was a nice touch. The large bathroom with lighted mirrors and water closet was impressive, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff at the front desk, especially Michael, were accommodating and helpful in arranging the complimentary shuttle service to my meetings. The club lounge was awesome, with hospitable staff and great food. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
