The jacuzzi tub in our room was a welcome treat, providing ultimate relaxation for my sore joints and muscles. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. The breakfast offered was a step above the usual hotel fare, making it a pleasant start to our day. as a tourist, I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and amenities provided by this hotel.

I especially enjoyed the delicious eggs and the abundant and tasty coffee. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel's location was convenient for our city break, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The bathrooms were quite small, giving the rooms more space but lacking in amenities like conditioner. the walls were also thin, making it easy to hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway.

Our recent stay at Best Western Palmyra Inn & Suites was impressive. Despite ongoing construction, it did not affect our experience. The temporary entrance and the wing where guests stayed were unaffected. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-stocked with towels and shampoo. The complimentary breakfast offered a satisfactory selection and the room rates were significantly reduced due to the construction, which was a generous gesture. The staff was outstanding, exhibiting politeness, professionalism, and a warm welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

the room was spacious and the decoration was up to date and cozy. the bed was comfortable, and the property and rooms were very clean. It was convenient that we were able to keep our bikes in our first-floor room and had easy access from outside. the location of the hotel was within easy walking distance to the Smith farm and the LDS temple, and a short drive to the Hill Cumorah visitors center and Palmyra. the breakfast options were very good, although I would have liked more fresh fruit and a muffin or sweet roll option. a great experience and I would book here again.

It really annoyed me that they didn't tell me about the renovation. I couldn't use a lot of areas of the hotel since they were closed off for construction.

The hotel had a perfect location for us to visit the historic sites we wanted to see. The room was equipped with two televisions and a comfortable bed. The on-site snack shop was handy since town was a drive away. The free breakfast was basic but sufficient.

The room was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. The rug was never vacuumed, and there were food and beverage spill marks on the furniture and rugs.
