We loved staying here! The location was perfect, we could easily walk to everything we wanted to see in the Plaza. The staff was exceptional and really went out of their way to take care of us. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were fantastic and the fitness center had a great view. We also appreciated the room amenities like free wi-fi and the sitting area.

The hotel is well-located; visitors can enjoy walking distances to restaurants and shopping areas. The plaza area has been an attraction for many travelers over the years. In addition, the staff is very accommodating and provides various services, such as providing a free wine opener when needed.

The hotel experience has its downsides, such as a lack of attention to maintaining the facilities. Some rooms need renovations and better amenities.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of the wonderful restaurants and shops in the area. Everything is close by, making it so convenient. The staff really took good care of me and I couldn't have had better service. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi. The indoor/outdoor pool was a great bonus and the fitness center had all the equipment I needed for a good workout.

Our stay at Hilton was worth every penny. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options right outside the hotel. The staff treated us amazingly well, especially Simone, the bartender who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Hilton in Kansas City for a couple of days of shopping on the Country Club Plaza. The location was excellent and the staff at the reception desk were very helpful. The breakfast each morning was quite good, with a buffet and menu options. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely return for another getaway with friends!

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel near the Country Club Plaza neighborhood. The staff at the front desk provided exceptional service with a smile. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. We can't wait to visit again in the near future! we highly recommend this hotel.

Although the room was comfortable, the thermostat did not control the room temperature properly, resulting in cool air blowing out of the vents on a sub-freezing night. Additionally, our end of the floor was cooler than the rest of the floor.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the Plaza area, with lots of shops and nice restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, there was a movie theater just a couple of blocks away, which made it really convenient for entertainment. Another great aspect was the comfortable and clean rooms, which had a pretty good view.

One downside of this hotel was the parking situation. They charged $16 a night for parking, and the parking garage was not well lit and lacked security.

I recently stayed at Hilton Country Club Plaza for a weekend getaway. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. I appreciated the quiet environment, as I couldn't hear any noise from other guests. One highlight for me was having Starbucks Verona coffee available in the room, a great way to start each morning. The hotel's location was also perfect, within walking distance of the Plaza.
