The location was awesome, right across from the falls. the room was massive - felt like a king in there! Staff was quick to get our requests sorted. Super happy with that. Had a cozy stay over xmas!

Price didn't match up with the quality, and the room smelled like smoke even though we promised not to smoke. Found hairs in the sink and on the towel.

Upon arrival, our room had no drinking glasses, requiring us to call for assistance. the uneven floors made rolling luggage difficult. Despite some drawbacks, the bed was comfortable. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The room, though a bit dated, was impeccably kept and spacious. I was delighted by the ample lighting and the thoughtful inclusion of nightstands on both sides of the bed. the staff's efficiency and warm demeanor made my stay even more pleasant. the location was fantastic, and the comfortable bed and refreshing shower were highlights. the dinner and craft beer in the lounge were delightful. Breakfast was cooked to order, and the bed was incredibly comfy.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
