A small street entrance leads to surprisingly large rooms. Free breakfast with a roof top view. The location is at the end of the night market street and just off the busy tourist area, so you are near enough if you want to go watch crowds of foreign tourists drinking, but just far enough away that you can avoid that scene if you wish. To the north is walking distance to the lake through a very nice neighbourhood of shady streets with quieter restaurants and bars, as well as a variety of local shops, coffee shops and noodle shops. nearby is a BBQ street frequented by locals, great fun. The staff all spoke excellent English and were super helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious and peaceful, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was great, especially because they understood and accommodated my dietary needs as a coeliac. The location was perfect, with easy access to major streets and walking distance to attractions like West Lake, the Ho Chi Min mausoleum area, and the Citadel.

Miss Yen, the manager, went above and beyond to assist me with my issues. She helped me find a way to make an international call when my bank locked my account. She even used her own phone and didn't ask for any reimbursement. She also arranged transportation and spoke with the property owner for me. I'm forever grateful for her exceptional assistance. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
