My family and I recently stayed at Shilo Inn for five days with our two dogs. It was the best pet-friendly hotel my husband has ever stayed at. The location was perfect, with shopping and restaurants right across the street. The pool area was a beautiful oasis with a park-like atmosphere, perfect for walking our dog. The hotel had a peaceful ambiance, catering mostly to retirees. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. it was an excellent value with great amenities.

We have been staying at Shilo Inn for years and it has become our go-to choice when visiting the area. The staff is friendly and the rooms are great, with added amenities like a fridge and microwave. We especially love the huge and well-maintained pool and spa, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The gym, steam room, and sauna are also excellent. Another bonus is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is important to us. Plus, the on-site restaurant, Angry Crab, is fantastic.

The internet speed, which was quite slow. It was frustrating, especially if you need reliable, high-speed internet access.

The hotel was conveniently located near a large shopping mall and many restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any needs or questions. Additionally, the rooms were comfortably spacious and quiet, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, a great spot to relax and cool off during the day.

I did encounter a few drawbacks during my stay. The key card system was also unreliable, constantly requiring multiple swaps and causing inconvenience when trying to access the hotel room.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spaciousness of the rooms. The attention to detail was evident with the separate freezer above the fridge and the great shower head. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location next to nice restaurants and a large shopping area with a movie theater was a definite plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The pool area and jacuzzi were inviting and perfect for relaxing. I loved the spaciousness of the room, which included a desk and a nice square table for eating. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a gym, sauna, ice machine, and vending machine on every floor. The staff, though I don't remember their names, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was also a major plus, as it was close to restaurants in the mall area and The Palms shopping center.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The landscaping was beautiful, with flowering bushes and trees providing a lovely view from the patio outside my room. The rooms were spacious and clean, with newer carpets and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were great, with a large pool and hot tub that were open from 6 am to 10 pm. The breakfast room offered a good variety of options, including eggs and sausage, giving me and my family a nice protein-filled start to our day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed us to check in early when we arrived before 11 am. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to I8 and 95, as well as a huge shopping mall just a short walk away, where we found plenty of restaurants and a movie theatre.

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional. The pool was larger than most hotel pools and the hotel had beautiful landscaping with green grass, fountains, and trees. The lobby was elegantly decorated and the wall heat/cooling units worked quietly. The location was great and the rooms had either a terrace or small patio for added relaxation.

I recently stayed at Shilo Inn for a wedding, and it was the perfect choice! The location was great, with plenty of stores and diners nearby for convenience. The staff at the front desk were amazing - so friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to find extra ice bucket liners for me after my dental surgery. The room itself was perfect, with a comfortable bed and icy cold air-conditioning. I can't wait to stay here again and will definitely recommend it to my friends!

We stayed at the Shilo Inn for one night on our way to the Grand Canyon Railway. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Interstate and had everything we needed within walking distance. The property is well maintained and the facilities are awesome, including a large swimming pool and beautiful surrounding garden. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a rollaway bed for our extra child. The rooms were well equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. The hotel also had a laundry room, which was convenient for us. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a central location near the Interstate, shops, and a Japanese restaurant within walking distance. The room had a view of the pool and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room also had a microwave and mini fridge, which was a nice bonus.

We felt very well looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff, comfortable beds, clean room, pleasant laundry facility, large and clean pool, close proximity to airport.
