I had the most incredible stay at this charming lodge nestled in the beautiful countryside. The warm and genuine welcome from the family running the place made me feel right at home. The communal lounge area was perfect for relaxing and the rooms, although cozy, had so much character. The homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and they even catered to my dietary needs. I also had a lovely chat with the owner's mother, who was working at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. The location was fantastic, and the staff provided great recommendations for nearby hikes. I had an amazing experience at Sierra Sky Lodge and highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel was a great find! The location was perfect for the wedding venue I was attending. The hotel had a rich history and exuded old school charm. The comfortable rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality sheets. I loved waking up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee in real coffee cups. The homemade breakfast served family style was absolutely delicious, much better than what you would find at chain hotels. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated their knowledge of the area and the helpful tips they provided. it was a fantastic stay!

The hotel facilities were excellent, including a cozy cabin-style atmosphere and a refreshing pool. The homemade breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious, homemade treats. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with anything I needed.

J'ai réservé une chambre à l'Ecolodge Bellevue et j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'emplacement paisible et zen. La literie était très confortable et la chambre offrait une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante. De plus, le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec un choix varié de pains grillés, confitures et fruits frais. Je recommande également la piscine qui était idéale pour se rafraîchir pendant les chaudes journées d'été.

La description de la chambre ne correspondait pas à la réalité. La chambre était en réalité une cabane en bois sans chauffage et la salle de bain rudimentaire était située dans un bâtiment séparé, ce qui n'était pas pratique.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sierra Sky Lodge! The peaceful and serene location was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beautiful pool was a refreshing treat, and the breakfast cooked by Wendy was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly accommodating, providing us with excellent tips for great hikes and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also loved the convenient location, as it was close to several small towns and within a reasonable and beautiful drive to Truckee and Tahoe. The natural beauty of the Sierras was truly breathtaking and rivaled our experiences in Jackson Hole.

Nothing could have been better.

The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. The bathroom, although small, had all the amenities needed and provided a spa-like feel with its earth tones and stone tiles. The homemade breakfast was a delight, with fresh baked bread, cinnamon rolls, and quiche, as well as homemade jam and great coffee. The owner's mother, who was working at the front desk, was warm and kind, making sure that everything met our needs. The location was easy to find, and there were plenty of recreational options available, such as a pool, basketball, badminton, and a firepit. The area also offered lots of outdoor activities like fishing and hiking.

The bathroom was quite small, but it was expected in a rustic cabin. The traffic noise from the nearby highway could be heard during the day, but it quieted down by the evening and did not disturb our sleep.

The lodge is nestled in beautiful northern Sierra scenery, away from the corporate blandness of other hotels. The owners, Wendy and her husband, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and real coffee cups. The complimentary home-cooked breakfasts were delicious and catered to dietary restrictions. The communal lounge area was a nice touch for relaxing. We couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The value for money at this place was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location, right off the highway, was convenient for my journey, and the staff treated me like family.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety in the breakfast options.
