absolutely terrible service. it’s insane how rude the staff were, constantly asking if i was ready to check out before the actual time. and what’s with the karaoke lounge? i thought i’d be able to enjoy some peace and quiet, but Nooo! also, why no special treatment? i expected a welcome basket, but clearly that was too much to ask. just couldn’t give more than 1 star.

The karaoke bar noise is unbearable at night!!! The unclean bathrooms need serious attention, and the hot tub should actually be hot!!! The AC system is inadequate. it kept turning on and off too frequently!!! What happened to sufficient towels? !!!

i almost thought this hotel had potential with its clean rooms, but then i had to deal with rude staff pushing me to check out at 9:38 am, how absurd! also, the hot tub didn't even work properly when i wanted to unwind. where was my expected welcome basket? just couldn't give more than 2 stars.

Good proximity to Disneyland and diverse local cuisine.

Unfortunately, the acoustics of the hotel left much to be desired. We experienced loud noises from the karaoke lounge that disturbed our sleep, and the thin walls meant we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. Moreover, the hot tub was not functioning properly during our stay, which was a disappointing oversight after a long day.

The rooms were sparkling clean and super comfortable, making my stay delightful! I loved having a microwave in the room for late-night snacks. Plus, it was just a quick 14-minute drive to Disneyland, which was a huge bonus for my trip!

We appreciated the accessible features of the hotel, including the roomy layout that made maneuvering with a wheelchair quite easy. The on-site dining options reflected cultural diversity, with several Vietnamese restaurants nearby, enhancing our dining experience during the stay.

The only drawback we noted was some inconsistency with housekeeping services.

Staying here was a nice surprise! The location is awesome, so close to food and a quick ride to Disneyland. The room was clean and comfy. Really enjoyed the bar/lounge area for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the jacuzzi was warmer, but no biggie!

I had a pretty good stay. the jacuzzi was a letdown, but the clean room and nice breakfast made up for it! I’d stay again, especially for Disneyland trips.

I really enjoyed the karaoke nights and the Vietnamese restaurant on site. The location is also super close to Disneyland!
