We got great value for our money at this downtown hotel. The room was lovely and the staff treated us like VIPs. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed.

Breakfast delights, but it would be even better if there were more hot options served by staff.

My husband and I stayed at a wonderful boutique hotel in downtown Juneau. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to everything. The room, although a bit Spartan, was clean, neat, and comfortable. The self-serve breakfast was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite some noise from the kitchen area, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great breakfast.

We had a perfect stay at Silverbow Inn & Suites. The self-check-in process made our late arrival seamless. The kitchen facilities were incredibly well-stocked, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a variety of snacks available. The beautiful artwork and Nordic-inspired room design added to the overall aesthetic. The nearby Italian restaurant was a delightful surprise. Despite the noise from nearby bars and early morning clatter, the friendly staff and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its accessibility, consideration, and excellent location.

This hotel is a great value for the money, providing comfortable rooms that are nicely decorated and have a home-like feel. The location in the center of the city is perfect for exploring on foot, and there is a wonderful kitchen section with snacks, 24/7 coffee and tea, and a delicious breakfast each day. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities are all provided.

The only minor drawback was the street noise at the front of the hotel, but overall, everything was okay.

We loved the helpful and friendly staff. They were always available and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. They even offered to make us a hot breakfast ahead of time. The hotel location was perfect for us, allowing us to easily walk to all the downtown places and just about everything we did in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the shared kitchen had 24/7 breakfast and goodies available.

Staying at this quirky and quaint boutique hotel in the heart of town was a fantastic choice. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the waterfront, great restaurants, and even a restaurant attached to the Inn. The room may have been a bit small, but it had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The service was friendly and the self-serve breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious spread of teas, coffee, toast, fruit, and more. Plus, the hot tub on the roof was an added bonus for some well-deserved relaxation.

One small inconvenience was that the room service was not done every day, but that didn't detract from the overall enjoyable experience.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's right in downtown and within walking distance of all the important attractions. We had a great time exploring the area and visiting the tourist shops, museums, and even some local breweries. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby for delicious meals.

One drawback of this hotel is that there are no elevators, so if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty with stairs, it could be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there were a few minor issues with housekeeping and breakfast consistency.

I had a wonderful stay at The Silverbow! The downtown location was perfect - I didn't need to rent a car as everything was within walking distance. The concierge service was excellent and the other guests at breakfast made for interesting conversations. The hotel felt like a home away from home. My only minor issues were regulating the room temperature for sleep and the limited darkness in mid-June. I highly recommend this hotel.
