From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Stephanie, the owner, who made us feel right at home. Our room was cozy and had a lovely private balcony perfect for morning coffee. Every breakfast was like a gourmet experience, showcasing a variety of delicious homemade dishes. The afternoon cookies were a highlight—truly a treat after a day of exploring Boothbay Harbor!

While we enjoyed our stay, the bathroom was a bit cramped, which made getting ready a little challenging. Also, the internet connection was slower than expected, which could be frustrating if you needed to stay connected. Parking was a bit tricky, especially during busy times, so finding a spot could take some patience.

I loved the location right on the water, perfect for catching nearby sailing and whale watching cruises. Plus, being just a block from shops and restaurants while nestled in a quiet cove made it ideal for relaxation. The breakfast was truly gourmet, showcasing local ingredients and offering delightful variety each morning.

The slow internet is frustrating!!! Rooms are quite small and feel cramped!!! Bathrooms are annoyingly limited in space!!! Maintenance is lacking, evident in peeling wallpaper!!! The coffee served is weak and unimpressive!!!

I enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the charming atmosphere during my one-night stay. The homemade cookies were a delightful touch, and I loved that the location allowed for easy walks to nearby restaurants. The available dock with chairs provided a lovely spot to relax and soak in the views.

harbour towne inn is seriously the best! stephanie is super friendly and makes the most delish breakfasts every day. i loved chillin' on the porch with all the pretty flowers and comfy furniture, taking in that awesome harbor view. the cookies in the afternoon are a nice touch too—like warm hugs after a day out. the location is prime for walking around and enjoyin' local eats.

the shared spaces could get a lil noisy and sometimes it felt a bit crowded at breakfast.
