oh, where do i begin? the pool area was chaos, with kids running amok, and the staff did nothing, which was so frustrating. breakfast was wiped out by 9am, and the yogurt was warm—how charming! i expected at least some sort of upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Spacious rooms with wall-mounted toiletries.

The complimentary pancake machine was a huge hit with my kids, making breakfast fun and delicious!

We encountered some confusion with the hotel layout and access from the road, which made it tricky to find our way.

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious options and my kids loved the pancake maker. However, the room's minimal storage was a challenge for our family of four during our stay.

Breakfast was AMAZING! ! Delicious variety catering to everyone, including plant-based options! Super friendly staff, too, and so close to the mall, making it easy to explore right after checking in.

The cleaning service is by request only, which may not suit everyone. Also, the rooms lacked sufficient storage, so it was a bit cramped living out of our suitcases.

This place was just lovely. Bonnie at the front desk made our check-in smooth as butter. Breakfast was a treat with that pancake machine doin' its magic! Kids loved the strong Wi-Fi, and the pool gave 'em a blast. Ya can’t beat the closeness to the mall. Made our family getaway special for sure.

great access to parks and shopping for weekend explorers

my stay was fantastic, being just a short stroll from the bustling Crossgates Mall and close to the beautiful Cook Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful walk among the greenery and landmarks around the city.

The location next to the mall was incredibly convenient, making shopping a breeze. Spacious and clean rooms offered a cozy retreat, with comfy beds and ample amenities like wall-mounted toiletries. Breakfast stood out with a fantastic variety, including plant-based options and hot coffee, while the friendly staff contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. Minor housekeeping inconsistencies affected our comfort, and the limited storage space made managing our luggage a bit more challenging.

Fantastic place to unwind with the kids after a day full of activities and walking to the mall nearby.
