my recent stay at sleep inn was a pleasant surprise. having visited gatlinburg before, i didn't expect such welcoming service and a clean room here. the hot breakfast options were a nice touch that made my mornings enjoyable.

the shower pressure could be better.

I loved the hotel's location, just a short walk from the main strip, which made it easy to explore various attractions and restaurants. The indoor pool area was fantastic. it felt cool due to the circulating air conditioning, making our swim enjoyable even on warm days.

I love how close this hotel is to a trolley stop, making it super convenient to explore everything nearby. The indoor pool is a fantastic spot to unwind after a day out, and I found my room to be spacious and very clean, which is essential when traveling alone.

I did notice some noise from adjacent rooms, which could be distracting at times.

sleep inn was a fantastic choice! the king suite was spacious, featuring a hot tub that made our stay extra special. super close to everything we wanted to visit, and the staff was incredible. we especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Lazy river needs more tubes for fun.

The room was generally clean, with nice bed linens, but it had a dated feel. The indoor pool and lazy river provided fun for my family, though the breakfast area was small and somewhat crowded. It's a decent option for families visiting Gatlinburg, especially if you prefer a poolside retreat.

The pool temperature was far too cold for a pleasant swim!!! Noise disturbances from adjacent rooms affected my peace and required better soundproofing!!! Maintenance of bathroom fixtures could use attention, as water pressure was insufficient!!!

Indoor saltwater pool was nice, but elevator was slow and wifi was spotty.

My stay was marked by friendly staff, a comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. I loved the easy access to city restaurants and ample parking.

The King suite was spacious and comfy, with a nice gas fireplace that added a cozy vibe. However, we found the cleanliness lacking—there were some leftover items in the bathroom and dust around. The walls were thin, so you could hear outside noise which was a bit annoying at times. Though the location was great for walking around Gatlinburg, I expected a cleaner room when I checked in.
