The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic Reno Arch and only a few steps from amazing restaurants like Hidden Pizza and Cin Cin Bar, making it an awesome spot for exploring the vibrant downtown area; with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, I had a great time enjoying both the casino and delicious food options nearby, but the shower in my room definitely could use some maintenance.

The valet staff truly stood out—so friendly and treated my truck with respect. The room was nice, but outdated, and the thermostat was broken. I loved the early check-in and room upgrade, but struggled with no microwave and no glasses. It was disappointing to find the amenities closed early, with restaurants turning down customers right after shows. Security was concerning, with homeless individuals nearby, and waiting 35 minutes for the shuttle was frustrating. While the bed was torturous, the staff did their best to resolve my issue, proving there are some caring individuals here amidst the chaos.
