I keep coming back for relaxing getaways. Friendly staff helped me with a late check out. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and 24-hour reception make it convenient. Fitness center, pool, and jacuzzi are great. Laundry and a lift are handy. Plus, a shared kitchen and golf course.

I was disappointed to find the bathroom countertop in my room was not properly sealed, causing water to pool. However, the cleanliness and tidiness maintained by housekeeping were impressive. the room was surprisingly spacious. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

The place was spotlessly clean, including the lobby, breakfast area, and rooms. Liz at the front desk was efficient, friendly, and made us feel like old friends. The location was convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. The staff, especially Liz and Rich, were extremely professional and went above and beyond to assist us. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated that they accommodated our request to have our rooms close together.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with popular Amish stores and eateries nearby. the room was excellent, offering comfortable amenities. the professionalism and courtesy of the front desk staff, Liz at night and Rich during the day, were exceptional. Liz was friendly and helpful, while Rich went above and beyond, providing us with necessary items and even helping us with directions to a local company.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. the breakfast could have been better, with bacon included and better presentation of the sausages.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and pleasant. The room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like home. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, even finding and returning our lost phone. The other guests were also friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn for a couple of nights for a business trip. The location was excellent, with outlets, restaurants, and gas stations nearby. The staff, especially Liz and Rich, were friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Liz was very helpful during check-in, while Rich went above and beyond to assist us with personal and business-related requests. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast provided was decent. a satisfying stay.

We travel each year to the area to go to Sight & Sound and to sightsee, and we always choose Sleep Inn for our stay. It is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The pillows were amazing, and we loved the convenient charging stations on the nightstands. The location is perfect, with walking distance to great dining and shopping options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Sleep Inn. the bed was so comfortable that I slept straight through the night without any pain. the upgraded jacuzzi room was a pleasant surprise. the newly upgraded bathroom was clean and the TV was new. the staff was incredibly polite and friendly, they truly deserve a raise. I will definitely stay at this hotel again solely because of the outstanding service provided by the staff.
