I recently stayed at a hotel in Round Rock and had such a pleasant experience. There were a few minor issues, like a TV that didn't work in my initial room and an air conditioning problem in another, but the staff was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issues.

From the moment I walked into the beautiful lobby, I could tell that this place is run by someone who really cares about it and attends to it well. The attention to detail throughout was impeccable, and the hotel was immaculate and clean. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome from check-in to checking out. The basic amenities in the rooms were more than I expected, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring nearby areas like Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was a typical Sleep Inn/Comfort Inn breakfast but it exceeded my expectations and was delicious.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel's value for money was great, with basic amenities and double queen beds. Plus, its location near entertainment and activities in the Round Rock area was perfect.

The hotel facilities were great, including a full-service breakfast with a delicious variety of options like bacon, eggs, sausage, waffles. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to stay in the pool until midnight, despite it being advertised to close at 10:00 p.m. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to see in the area, including stores and other attractions in this city.

Secondly, the staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly check-in process to the prompt assistance with extra towels and amenities. Additionally, the rooms were well maintained and clean, with attention to detail evident in the ventilation system. Lastly, the hot and tasty breakfast served every morning was a great way to start the day.

The ventilation in our room was perfect, making it a pleasant stay. The breakfast in need was pretty decent, with a variety of options that catered to our group. The breakfast area was constantly stocked in the morning.

The rooms were great and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty. There was a previous bad experience with another hotel, but the lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded the room. The breakfast was not as expected, but the staff member, Mrs. Peggy, treated us with utmost respect.
