The room was spacious and had nice decor. Unfortunately, I discovered cockroaches crawling across the floor. Staff responded slowly when I reported it.

The absence of an elevator is a real inconvenience!!! Stains on walls and furniture make the place feel unkempt!!! Security is a concern with doors left wide open at the end of the hallway!!!
