Construction noise is distracting!!! The entrance is hard to spot due to ongoing work, and there are limited dining options onsite. The lack of basic amenities and miscommunication about room types left much to be desired!!!

The rooftop pool was a stunning escape after a busy day in the city, providing amazing views as the sun set behind the skyline. The location close to shopping, dining, and public transport made everything easy.

Parking was a bit of a hassle and costly. I wished there was a TV in the sitting area of the suite, as it could have made that space more inviting. Also, I found the toilet paper to be quite thin.

The Suite Plus room offered a lovely, spacious setup, complete with a full kitchen and a big-screen TV, making it feel like an apartment rather than just a hotel. The location, while a bit distant from major attractions, had a great Peruvian restaurant within walking distance, which was a fantastic recommendation. The affordable valet at $20 added convenience, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the lack of nearby dining during evenings was a slight inconvenience.

Chur, the room was clean and comfy, but the phone contact was a nightmare! Loved the rooftop pool though, real relaxing spot. Would recommend it for the stay!

The apartment was big and clean really impressed me we felt right at home. My son loved the warm pool on the 8th floor he never wanted to get out.

i absolutely loved my stay at smart brickell! the residence one bedroom plus was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. i enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony, especially the bright skyscraper lights at night. the location in the financial district is perfect—so quiet at night! plus, having a great rooftop pool was a nice bonus.

Location is prime near attractions and dining. Spacious condos are well-appointed and clean. Staff are super friendly and helped us with check-in. Pool area is relaxing with plenty of seating and umbrellas.
