The staff were excellent, welcoming, and accommodating. The view from the room was breathtaking. The lobby was eye-catching and relaxing. The food was great and the menu was explained by the chef. The tour guides created a sense of community.

Our room attendant checked on us every evening. The dining area staff took good care of my mother. The buffet had a great selection. Staff were helpful with self-drive information. They even assisted with a flat tire repair. The location is great, with awesome views and a good spa.

I recently stayed at Mara Serena and was amazed by the friendly and attentive staff. The lodge's hillside location offered breathtaking views and plenty of wildlife sightings, even rhinos. The food at the lodge was the best I had in Kenya. I also appreciated the community atmosphere created by the tour guides dining with the guests.

As a nature enthusiast, I stayed at Mara Serena for 5 days to explore the breathtaking views of the Mara Triangle. The communal areas were exceptional, offering stunning views. The check-in staff accommodated my senior mother by assigning a room close to the dining area. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, with Bernard, our room attendant, checking on us daily. The dining staff took excellent care of my mother, and we enjoyed the buffet selection. Special compliments to the chef for the delicious food.

I recently stayed at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge for a few days while exploring the Masai Mara. The room was comfortable and the lobby offered breathtaking views of the entire reserve. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and always had a cheerful attitude. Their warm welcome made me feel instantly at home. Additionally, the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. it was a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at Serena Safari Lodge! the location was perfect, situated on a bluff overlooking the Masai Mara Reserve. the views were breathtaking and we felt like we had our own private cabin. the lodge staff were impeccable, always willing to help with a smile on their faces. We were able to easily arrange game drives right at the lodge, and the proximity to the air strip made our arrival and departure seamless. the clean and well-maintained property blended seamlessly into the natural environment. the food at the lodge was also the best we had in Kenya.

The common areas of the property were also beautifully designed and added to the overall charm of the lodge. The staff at Serena was exceptional - friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. I felt truly welcomed and taken care of during my stay. The buffet meals were delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The lodge's location was perfect for game viewing, with incredible wildlife sightings just outside the gate.

The rooms at Serena were a bit small, although they were well-equipped and comfortable. It would have been nice to have complimentary drinks included in the buffet, even if it was just simple juices.

Fantastic views from room balcony. Attractive common places. Very good sightings. Excellent staff, except for one. Competent chef needed for variety of foods.
