We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The location of the hotel was perfect for our safari experience, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding wildlife. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. we were extremely impressed with the hotel and the staff.

As a nature enthusiast, I stayed at Mara Serena for 5 days to explore the breathtaking views of the Mara Triangle. The communal areas were exceptional, offering stunning views. The check-in staff accommodated my senior mother by assigning a room close to the dining area. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, with Bernard, our room attendant, checking on us daily. The dining staff took excellent care of my mother, and we enjoyed the buffet selection. Special compliments to the chef for the delicious food.

I recently stayed at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge for a few days while exploring the Masai Mara. The room was comfortable and the lobby offered breathtaking views of the entire reserve. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and always had a cheerful attitude. Their warm welcome made me feel instantly at home. Additionally, the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. it was a fantastic experience.

The views from my room balcony were absolutely breathtaking. I could see the stunning landscapes of the Maasai Mara right from my own room. The common areas of the property were also beautifully designed and added to the overall charm of the lodge. The staff at Serena was exceptional - friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. I felt truly welcomed and taken care of during my stay. The buffet meals were delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. The lodge's location was perfect for game viewing, with incredible wildlife sightings just outside the gate.

The rooms at Serena were a bit small, although they were well-equipped and comfortable. It would have been nice to have complimentary drinks included in the buffet, even if it was just simple juices.

The dining area staff took great care of my mother and the buffet food selection was enjoyable. Additionally, the lodge's setting on a hillside offered eye-watering beauty, with spectacular views of the Maasai Mara. The lodge was also easy to navigate, which was convenient for us as we were driving ourselves. And last but not least, the food at Serena was the best we had in Kenya. I highly recommend this lodge.

The value for money at Serena was fantastic - we got so much for what we paid. The room was amazing, with beautiful views of the Masai Mara from the relaxing and eye-catching lobby. The staff at Serena were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and cheerful. We felt so welcome during our stay.

Breakfast delights, however, could be improved with a greater variety of options. It would be nice to see more diversity in the breakfast menu, especially in terms of different fruits and dishes.
