The location of this aparthotel in the Wall Street-Financial District district was simply incredible. Being just a stone's throw away from the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, One World Trade Center, and the Brooklyn Bridge was like having all the main attractions at my fingertips. It made exploring the city so convenient and efficient.

Cleaning request limitations.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the close proximity to Brooklyn for our errands and meetings. The apartment layout, well-equipped kitchen, and clean bathroom were all great. The stable wifi and fantastic shower with hot water added to our comfort. The overall cleanliness and quiet environment were also appreciated. We look forward to using the other facilities in the future.

It would be great if the hotel provided a larger bottle of oil and offered housekeeping services for those staying more than a week without an additional charge.

We had a great stay at Sonder Battery Park Aparthotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and a short walk to Whole Foods. the room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. the view from our room was amazing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself is well-appointed with a spacious bathroom and tasteful decor. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers free coffee, which is a nice perk.

There was an issue with the air conditioner in the room, making it quite noisy and causing discomfort.

The room was equipped with everything we needed for our Christmas stay, including a washing machine, dryer, and coffee machine. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to two subway stations and walking distance to all the attractions in lower Manhattan. Another advantage we enjoyed was the helpful and friendly staff, who were always quick to respond and assist when needed.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. we were disappointed that there weren't enough dining options and grocery stores in the area, especially during the evenings.
