A fantastic stay in a spacious, newly renovated room with great views of the Hudson River. The staff were incredibly friendly, making check-in smooth. Loved the well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The location is perfect for easy access to the subway and a nice stroll by the river. The noise isolation was impressive too!

Upon arrival, I had Rob and Joe helping me out, they really made me feel at home. Excellent gym access with codes so I could work out whenever! Also, the self check-in was brilliant, I just walked in and got settled in no time.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience justified the cost.

Room was clean and heaps spacious, but the pull-out couch was super uncomfortable. Chur to the staff for being friendly and helpful, though!

Housekeeping was only available at check-out, which meant I had to take care of cleaning myself throughout my stay.

Spacious rooms provided a nice surprise in NYC.

My experience was marred by a series of frustrations. The communication with staff was abysmal. getting a simple request addressed felt like pulling teeth. The pillows were shockingly uncomfortable, lacking any support, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the AC was extremely loud and disruptive, interrupting our rest frequently throughout the night.

Room was sweet as and heaps spacious, but the dryer was a total letdown during my stay. Chur to the staff for being super helpful though!

Amazing spot in the city!

I loved the location! Super close to the ferry and just a stroll to Battery Park. The bright studio was perfect, and I really enjoyed the pool area with those awesome views. The little kitchen made breakfast easy peasy. Only thing was the laundry situation. sometimes it felt like a game of musical chairs!

I had a good time during my stay. The location was great, within walking distance to Battery Park. The studio was bright and spacious, which was a nice surprise. I enjoyed having a little kitchen to make breakfast. One morning, I took advantage of the pool area, and it was peaceful. I am always looking for ways to enjoy my travels, and this place made it easy to feel at home.

The kitchenette was super handy for cooking meals. The heating system was very noisy at night.

However, the rooms felt a tad dated, like they time-traveled from the early 2000s. You might need a magnifying glass to spot the TV channels for news!
