I had an incredible stay with stunning views of the city and countryside. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The view was mind-blowing, especially the jaw-dropping sunrise! The location is super convenient, close to all the sites we wanted to see. There were enough beds for my big family. The accommodation was very well equipped and clean. Parking spaces were plentiful. The neighborhood was tidy. Universal Studios was just a 10-minute drive or a 25-minute leisurely walk away. The pool, gym, and jacuzzi were top-notch and free to use. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer in our suite was a major plus.

Spacious rooms for groups to relax after a day in the parks. Reception staff helpful. Well-located with good room choices. Enjoyable pool and hot tub. Personal touches with welcome card and gift appreciated.

Nothing not to love.

We stayed here for 7 days and loved it! Both the bed and sofa bed were comfy. We got the pool and hot tub to ourselves which was really nice. The gym had the standard equipment you'd expect. The Wifi was reliable. The Point staff were helpful and accommodating. We could leave our luggage in a holding area after checking out. A staff member promptly attended to our request. An Uber to Universal Studios was only about $7-$10, and there were free shuttle buses about a 10 min walk away that go directly to the park. I recommend this place :)

The only thing that made my stay unpleasant was the elevator. It was difficult to use due to the high number of guests.

sonder at the point exceeded my expectations with their clean and well-appointed suite, complete with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Their friendly staff even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, while we enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect, with nearby attractions and convenient transportation options. It was a truly satisfying stay.

elevator trouble

the property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. When we encountered an issue with our door code, Carlos from Sonder's customer service promptly provided us with a new one and even compensated us for the inconvenience. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the park for Halloween Horror Nights. the kitchen was well stocked, and the layout of our room for 8 was convenient, with separate sections for the kids and adults. We felt safe with the triple lock system.

For us, the stay was ideal 👍.
