Access to washing machine/dryers and rooftop garden on the 15th floor.

Felt most welcome, with staff always willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

It would have been nice to have the apartment cleaned once during our stay.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with multiple subway lines nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms offered a nice view and were well-equipped with all the basic amenities one would need.

We were just a stone's throw away from the nearest metro station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and spacious layout. We also appreciated the free access to the laundry room and the city club's gym.

We did experience some difficulties operating the lights and TV in the room, especially the ones above the bed frame. It would have been helpful to have a book with check-out instructions to ensure we met the owner's expectations.

The rooms were also very spacious and well equipped, with a kitchenette for preparing meals and a storage area which is perfect for those travelling with plenty of luggage. the staff were really friendly and accommodating, making our stay an even better experience.

Although the hotel was great, the cleanliness wasn't up to par in some areas, namely the corridors which could use a little bit more attention to detail. it was quite challenging to see the numbers when typing in the code to enter the hotel, which resulted in a few extra attempts.

The view from my 14th floor apartment was absolutely breathtaking. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and there was plenty of storage space for all my belongings. I loved the convenience of being able to cook my own meals, and the complimentary laundry room on the 7th floor was a bonus. The location was perfect, with subway access just a few feet away and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel's concept of a phone and TV-free environment allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my temporary home. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with entry granted through a digital code. The daytime staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 helpline was there for any inquiries or issues. I had a wonderful experience at Sonder L City Hall Park and would highly recommend it.

Although I had a great stay at Sonder L City Hall Park, there were a few minor drawbacks. The design of the shower room allowed water to spill onto the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient and required extra towels for cleanup.
