We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was ample, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location in beautiful gardens made it a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Although all was ok, the bathroom in the room could have been warmer.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the town centre and there are plenty of outdoor seating areas in the bar for enjoying the sunshine. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the gin selection was fantastic. The food was tasty and beautifully presented. The room was warm and comfortable, with a nice bed and soft carpet. The breakfast was good and the service was pleasant.

The floor tiles in the entrance area were loose, and some of the outdoor furniture needs replacing or removing.

We stayed at Rosehill House for The Rhythm and Blues festival in Colne and had a fabulous time. The hotel was quirky and the beds were comfortable. The staff, especially Angela and Rob, were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The detail on the ceilings and doors of this old period property was amazing. The food was great, and we loved the busy atmosphere in the bar area.

We had a lovely night away from the kids at Rosehill House in Burnley. The jungle room we stayed in was quirky and charming. The food at the bar was delicious, and breakfast was lovely too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by trees and feels like a peaceful escape. The rooms are excellent with ensuite, TV, and good WiFi. The Victorian design by Augustus Pugin is exceptional. The owner, Jackie, is welcoming and knowledgeable. a perfect stay for us. 10/10.

What a wonderful hotel! the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. One of the best parts was the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided guests with complimentary wine and beer tastings in the evenings, which was a nice touch.

That the bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower wasn't separate, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. Other than that, everything was great!
