The hotel’s grounds are stunning; they radiate a Caribbean vibe. Staff was accommodating, especially with my mother in a wheelchair. Accessibility to the beach is excellent. Cleanliness, however, is a concern. The room had hair and unsatisfactory housekeeping attention. I also faced issues with the internet and outdated bedding. the noise from barking dogs wasn't effectively addressed. I was offered a thin, stained blanket instead of a comforter. While amenities were promising, the room's condition did not match the price. This experience felt more like a budget stay than a premium offering. Improvements are needed to meet expectations for the cost.

The beach access was amazing, and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom had some wear and tear, which was disappointing.

I had a rough time checking in—had to wait ages due to a power outage, and no one called when they said they would. To top it off, they gave me a key to a room that was occupied, with a dog running out!

The newly remodeled rooms were a dream! I loved the beach access and the amazing pool area – so refreshing! Breakfast was a delicious treat, and the staff made sure everything was perfect.

A Perfect Getaway with Easy Access to the Beach and More

The short, 4-minute walk to the beach made it so easy for us to enjoy the sun and sand, and we loved how the beautiful pond right behind the pool added a nice touch to the scenery, plus there are so many nearby attractions like Coligny Plaza Shopping Center just under 2.5 km away and the charming Hilton Head Range Rear Lighthouse only a little over 1 km from the hotel; plus the rooms were very comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the food could use some improvement.
