However, the maintenance issues such as peeling walls, broken fixtures, and plumbing problems in the rooms need to be addressed to match the price of the stay.

The beach and pool area were stunning, with comfy lounge chairs and cozy fire pits. Loved the warm pool, perfect for a relaxing dip with a coffee and parfait. Quick maintenance service, fixing my fridge hassle-free. Spa lounge was a tranquil spot for pampering, and the on-site restaurant offered scrumptious meals to go. Parking was a bit congested, but the overall stay was 👌.

The Sonesta offered a beautiful resort with friendly staff. Plenty of relaxing areas and a perfect pool for kids. Alligators freely roaming added to the unique charm.

At my first stay, the staff kindly helped with plug adaptors. This place has everything I need: Paid Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Beach access, Fitness centre, Airport shuttle, Spa. Perfect for my weekend getaway.

Despite some cleanliness issues and a rowdy pool atmosphere, the exceptional food, access to the beach and golf courses made for a memorable stay. The comfortable beds and enjoyable hotel restaurant with friendly staff added to the positive experience. The gift shop was a hit with the kids, offering sun screen and fun souvenirs.

The outdoor dining area with live music and specialty seafood buffet was a delightful experience. I felt like I was in a culinary paradise, surrounded by the soothing melodies of the live music, indulging in the freshest seafood while watching the sunset.

The beach access at this resort was simply mind-blowing. It was incredibly convenient and just a few steps away from the hotel. The surrounding area was super nice, and although we didn't get a chance to rent bicycles and explore, I can only imagine how jaw-droppingly beautiful it would be. The beds and room size were great, providing us with a comfortable stay. The pool bar drinks were top-notch, and we loved the towel service at the pool. The location was EXCELLENT, with a sea view balcony room that offered a stunning view of the hotel grounds and the sea. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Parking near the entrance was a breeze, allowing us to easily explore the island.

During my recent business trip to Hilton Head Island, my director chose Sonesta for our accommodations, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour fitness center. It featured state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment and free weights from Life Fitness®. It was a great way to stay active and energized during my stay, and I appreciated that they provided such modern and well-maintained equipment for guests to explore.

Terrible value for money.

The pool and beach were dope, and there were so many activities to do nearby. Hilton Head Island was the bomb with the sick restaurants, golf courses, and shops. Perfect for a party vibe with the squad!

Yo, it would be even sicker if the resort had a more hype night scene for us to turn up and chill with the crew.

The staff working the breakfast on July 23rd were very helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. the restaurant's food was over the top decadently delicious, making dining a true pleasure. the beautiful garden area was perfect for beach or pool relaxation, providing a serene atmosphere.

The hotel could improve the lighting in the parking lot for safety reasons. adding more shade options around the pool area would enhance the comfort of guests during hot days.

This place was beyond amazing! The location was perfect, with beach access right on the property. We loved spending our days by the pool, which was heated and not too crowded. The room itself was stunning, with a lovely balcony facing the pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the turn-down service in the evenings, where they would straighten the bathroom and leave extra towels. They even surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne for our special celebration. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I stayed at Sonesta for a week and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of space. The pool area was beautiful, and it was only a short walk to the beach with stunning plants along the way. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The staff, especially Ms. Megan and Dominique at the front desk, were incredibly accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. Damian at the Sweet Cane pool bar and grill provided excellent service throughout our stay. the customer service was top-notch and the location was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you!
