The staff at Sonesta Simply Suites went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. They were friendly and always willing to help. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice added convenience. I had a great experience at this hotel.

One downside was that the room smelled like smoke, despite being a non-smoking hotel. However, I didn't bring it to the attention of the staff, so I can't fault them for that.

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were well-furnished and kept very clean. We loved the fact that the hotel had windows that could be opened, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air. the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had a bulletin board in the lobby with local information and even movie theater listings. It was a nice touch that helped us plan our activities during our stay.

One downside was that the front desk was not open 24 hours, which was a slight inconvenience. Additionally, the fitness center did not have free weights, so we couldn't do our usual workout routine.

During my stay in this hotel, I appreciated the location very near to the airport, which made my trip easier. Moreover, there were various restaurants within a five-mile radius which added variety. Also, the room was comfortable and had a kitchenette, which was helpful.

I was disappointed by the lack of amenities, especially the absence of breakfast, which meant I had to go out every morning.

The late check-in was handled smoothly, with assistance for a room change. Staff members were helpful and efficient, especially at the front desk. The team worked seamlessly together, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, with convenient amenities like a regular size refrigerator. Laundry facilities on the first floor were a bonus.

Despite being located next to a McDonald's and gas station, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Sonesta Simply Suites provided exactly that, allowing us to have home-cooked meals after long days. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to address any issues that arose. The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and spotlessly clean. Additionally, the hotel offered free laundry facilities on the first floor, which was a great bonus for our family. Not to mention, the peace and quiet on the weekends made for a truly relaxing stay.

Found a great budget-friendly stay in a convenient location for our city break. the suite had lots of space, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. We enjoyed having the option to snack instead of dining out all the time. the hotel's exercise center was well-equipped, which was perfect for us as we like to stay active during our travels.

Hearing noise from other guests coming and going in the corridor made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. the room decor was a bit outdated and could have been refreshed.
