The café staff were outstanding, making dining a delightful experience!

The spa and wellness center is a total dream! I indulged in their treatment room and felt like a new person after the sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor heated swimming pool was perfection, and I can't wait to dive back in on my next visit!

Comfortable stay with room to improve

South Point Hotel Casino-Spa offers spacious and impeccably clean rooms, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The friendly bar staff enhance the experience, but dining options are limited and hours vary, which can be inconvenient. More restaurant choices would elevate this otherwise pleasant hotel.

No water bottles in the room, which was surprising. Enjoyed the live sports events in the casino area.

The hotel had comfy beds and clean rooms, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the variety of dining options at affordable prices was a great convenience. The location was safe and offered plenty of towels, which was very handy.

On the downside, the poolside cafe service was lacking, with long waits and lack of attention. Also, the lack of room service options from the restaurants was disappointing after a long day of travel.

The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed provided excellent support, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Temperature control worked flawlessly, keeping the room comfortable. Instant hot water was a nice touch. The lifts were efficient, which made navigating the property easy. I felt the casino area could benefit from a no-smoking section, as the smoke was quite overwhelming. clearer directions to the room and convenient parking options would have enhanced the experience. the comfort of the room was satisfying, but there were a few areas needing improvement.

the 🛏️rooms were spacious and comfy, with 👌great amenities. The highlight was the 🏊‍♂️leisure facilities – the spa & wellness center 🧖‍♀️was top-notch! although the staff were 👌friendly, the room service was a bit slow. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The couples spa day was nothing short of amazing. The pool area offered an ideal escape. Dinner at Zenshin was fabulous, with excellent servers and food that delighted. A lovely local discount sweetened the experience. The room was comfortable and clean, though attention to detail was lacking. Minor issues like missing international plugs and no water bottles need addressing. a room switch didn’t resolve it. While there are high points, the property’s four-star rating feels misleading. Potential for improvement exists, but execution must match expectations.

The hotel's location near the airport and car rental was super convenient; we never had to worry about long drives. The variety of restaurants on-site, including a Starbucks and gift shop, made dining and shopping a breeze. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, away from the loud party scene, perfect for a romantic escape.

It would have been great to have the option for a later checkout; it would have allowed us to enjoy breakfast in bed before our spa treatments.

Really enjoyed my time here! The rooms were comfy and everything was super clean. Staff were on it, making sure we had what we needed. There's free parking, which is always nice. Just wish there were more food options available. Plus, walking through the smoke in the casino was a bit much sometimes.

The Starbucks was closed early both mornings I tried to grab my latte, and it felt super misleading given their 24/7 claims. Total bummer!

Absolutely loved the hotel with its great restaurants and welcoming staff, wishing we had more time to try them all. The pool and bar were fantastic for chilling out 🍹. Only downside was the slightly remote location, but it wasn’t a biggie for us, we had our own wheels. Overall, a fab stay with clean rooms and plenty of entertainment!
