The hotel is conveniently located in a central area with easy access to local stores and restaurants. Despite being situated in a semi-open area near the main entrance, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The quality of service was exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

The hotel is an amazing value for the price. The rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities, including TVs and comfortable pull-out couches. The hotel is close to local stores, the Huntington Metro station and even the zoo. It’s easy to get around and explore the city, plus the staff are friendly and attentive.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff member at the breakfast area did a great job of keeping the food stocked, ensuring that everyone had enough to eat. The front desk staff were also very helpful and provided toothbrushes for my teens who had forgotten theirs. The location of this hotel was convenient, as it was close to downtown and easy to get in and out. Additionally, there was free parking available, which was a plus. I also appreciate that it was close to the metro stations and an airport, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and travel.

The reliable shuttle service made getting around easy, including transportation to the Metro and even returning my rental car. a wonderful location for our family and great for guests with disabilities.

The clean and new room with a beautiful design allowed us to sleep well. The kids loved the pull-out trundle bed on the couch. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the A/C worked great. Room size was nice and the staff were friendly.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Alexandria for a weekend getaway with my family. The room was spacious and uncluttered, with adjustable tables and a TV that could be turned in different directions. Despite being understaffed, the hotel staff were incredibly professional and helpful. The property was clean and conveniently located near the metro. The room comfortably accommodated our group of six, and the waffles served during breakfast were a delightful treat. The housekeeping staff even went the extra mile by making a bed for my child on top of the sofa and placing her stuffed whale next to her pillow. The high water pressure in the shower and well-equipped kitchenette were also appreciated. The comfortable beds, clean sheets, and effective A/C made for a pleasant stay.

We also appreciated the helpfulness of the hotel staff, especially Brit at the front desk and John, the shuttle driver. the shuttle service to the metro and Old Alexandria was a bonus.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking and the refrigerator didn't always operate consistently. It would have been nice to have a more comfortable bed and a refrigerator that worked properly throughout our stay.
