Nothing could have been better.

The hotel was very clean and the staff at the front desk were cordial. the hot breakfast offered was a nice touch and my family really enjoyed having it available. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for our city break, with easy access to downtown, shopping areas, and attractions.

The breakfast area was quite small and crowded, making it difficult to find a seat and navigate around other guests. There also seemed to be a lack of seating around the pool, and the concrete step had a protruding spot that caused my toddler to scratch her knee multiple times.

I had a similar situation where the bathroom door got locked and the front desk staff immediately knew how to unlock it, saving us from any inconvenience. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, and a hot breakfast. The location was perfect, close to the Domain and easy access to other parts of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, giving us our preferred floor and even upgrading our room.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if the coffee in the room was improved.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a few nights while visiting my daughter for her research at UT. The room was spacious and had a comfortable king bed, a large desk, and a cozy couch that doubled as an extra bed. The bathroom was clean and roomy. The free breakfast provided was delicious, with fresh eggs, waffles, pastries, and a selection of cereals and yogurts. The hotel's location was fantastic, right across from the Domain and close to the Auditorium and downtown. It was easy to avoid traffic by taking either 35 or 1. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the north side of downtown Austin and I had a great experience. The staff at this hotel were fantastic - they were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to both Mopac and 183. Additionally, the room was comfortable and spacious, with a separate sink/mirror area and toilet/shower in the bathroom. The hotel also offered a healthy breakfast with various options to choose from.

There was one small issue with the room - there was no lamp that would turn on when I flipped the switch. However, overall, my stay at this hotel was excellent.

The breakfast at Springhill Suites was absolutely delicious and had a great variety of options for everyone, including gluten and dairy free options. I also loved the gym facilities, which were well-equipped for a good workout. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just across the highway from the Domain and providing a quiet and peaceful stay.

The only minor drawback was that the kitchen in the room was not fully equipped, only having a small fridge and microwave. However, we were still able to make it work during our stay.

This hotel is amazing value for money, with a king bed and breakfast included that offers healthy options like waffles. The location is convenient right off the highway, but the area is quiet and there are no children around.

As young holiday goers, we loved the well-equipped gym and the delicious breakfast with options for gluten and dairy-free diets. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the flavored shots for coffee and choice of juices. The rooms were calming with beautiful decorations and the bathrooms had great showers. The location was fantastic, close to The Domain and right next to a fantastic seafood restaurant. We also appreciated the proximity to Zilker Park, where we could enjoy free outdoor plays.

We felt cozy, no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, yet surprisingly quiet. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the staff is friendly.
