The front desk and dining area were inviting.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Springhill Suites Austin Round Rock. The issues with room cleanliness were alarming. there was mold in the bathroom and unpleasant smells, which I reported but felt ignored. Additionally, the pull-out mattress had a terrible odor that made it unusable, leaving us uncomfortable during our time there.

The King Suite with the roll-out trundle bed was surprisingly comfortable, good for families who need space without sacrificing sleep quality. I was impressed by the kitchenette setup with ample counter space and a big shower that catered to my needs just fine.

However, I ran into some clean-up issues during my time there. Our room was cleaned only two times in a week, which became a hassle especially with kids around. There were also reports of dirty mirrors and carpets in other rooms, which leaves me questioning the overall cleanliness of the place. While the location was great for accessing nearby restaurants, noise from families staying there, especially in the evenings, was a bit bothersome.

The customer service at Springhill Suites was exceptional! Anthony at the front desk made our stay so welcoming and accommodating. The room was quiet despite being near the freeway, and the breakfast had a great variety.

The only downside was the breakfast setup. it can get quite crowded on weekends, and seating was hard to find. Also, I wish there were more options for protein in the grab-and-go breakfast.

During my stay, I experienced a delightful surprise when the front desk manager overheard my daughter's birthday wishes and went above and beyond to make her feel special. It was a bit like having a sprinkle of fairy dust added to our morning, complete with a cute little gift! Not many hotels have staff that truly care, and that made our stay unforgettable.

Room cleanliness issues.

I mean, it was my daughter's birthday and they surprised her with a gift early in the morning, totally unexpected but really made her day special!

It was a bit pricey, but honestly,, the service made it worth it.

My daughter and I stayed at SpringHill Suites Austin Round Rock and had a delightful experience, kind of like finding an unexpected pizza slice in the fridge! The hotel staff went above and beyond when the front desk manager surprised my daughter with a birthday gift early in the morning. It left her smiling and feeling like a princess on her special day. The room was spacious, accommodating, and the breakfast options had a delightful variety, which was a pleasant surprise. Plus, being surrounded by great dining options like Mesa Rosa just added to the fun!

Slightly pricey.

the staff were kind and genuinely seemed to care about our needs, always greeting us with a smile. the breakfast was satisfying (those texas-sized waffles were a hit! ) and saved us a lot on meals.
