We absolutely loved our stay at Le Touessrok! The facilities and amenities were top-notch, and we were thrilled to find out that they had a karaoke room and a casino on-site. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, this was a major plus for us. We had a blast singing our favorite songs and trying our luck at the casino.

We felt very at home during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever. The experience was truly exceptional.

During our stay at this beautiful hotel, we were truly amazed by the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and our stay was memorable. From the seamless check-in process to the prompt and friendly assistance from the luggage services, every interaction with the staff was a delight. We even received a complimentary drink at the bar while waiting for our room, which was a nice touch. The quality of the accommodation was top-notch, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities such as a coffee machine in the room. The beach was stunning, always clean and well-maintained. We also had the opportunity to dine at some of the fantastic restaurants on the property, including an excellent Indian restaurant with attentive staff. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful, with live bands and a great vibe at the Saga bar. Additionally, we had a chance to meet the management during a lovely drinks reception, which added a personal touch to our stay. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of blackout curtains in the rooms and the need to book restaurants in advance during busy times, the positives far outweighed the negatives. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff, beautiful property, and amazing golf course. We are already planning to return for a longer stay next year.

We had an incredible experience in a beautiful location surrounded by friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and tidy, and we enjoyed multiple restaurants on site - especially the Indian Safran where the food was amazing! We also visited the semi-private island of Ilot Mangénie which was stunning. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the beaches were clean with helpful staff available at all times.

One aspect that could be improved is the high pricing in some areas - like the cost of water in restaurants.

The resort boasts a variety of relaxing facilities, activities, and places to unwind for the whole family. The T-Club for Kids provides exceptional care, meals, and a wide range of activities for children, ensuring a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis. the exclusive amenities met all of my needs, from the stunning outdoor swimming pool and beach access to the exceptional spa and wellness center. the beauty treatments, full body massage, and other services provided by the spa lounge were top-notch. Entertainment options were plentiful with live shows and a night club. the restaurant also served delicious meals. the private facilities and location advantages are unmatched.

The only negative aspect is that the service could be improved in some areas.

We recently stayed at the Shangri-La in Mauritius for a few days and it was truly amazing. The staff, from the cleaners to the senior management, were incredibly friendly and kind. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere without being too posh. The property itself was gorgeous, with lush gardens and beautiful beaches. The Frangipani rooms were spacious and had a great ocean view. The food was delicious, especially at the Indian restaurant. our experience at the Shangri-La was fantastic and we can't wait to go back.

What a wonderful Christmas we had at this resort! the location was perfect for us, with beautiful beaches and amazing views. We especially loved the complimentary water sports activities.

There were some stairs and levels within the resort that proved challenging to navigate for some members of our party. the billing process was a bit confusing at times.

A top-notch experience!

During our stay at Shangri-La, we were greeted with warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. The security person at the gate, the efficient room service, and the valet parking made our check-in hassle-free. The quality and variety of meals at the four restaurants, including the buffet restaurant called the Bazaar, were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary boat ride to the private island, where we had undisturbed relaxation time in a tropical paradise. The hotel grounds were spacious and well-maintained, and our sea-facing room with a terrace was perfect. Shangri-La provided a high standard stay that I would recommend.
