We recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kristina Starr. She went above and beyond to accommodate us during a difficult time. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The small smart TV allowed us to use our Netflix account, which was a bonus for our family. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options. The location was also convenient, with nearby businesses and restaurants. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Springhill Suites.

I always stay at this hotel in Bakersfield. Staff is exceptional, accommodating my request for a ground floor room. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is near John's Incredible Pizza, perfect for kids. The bed is super comfortable and the pool and spa are great amenities. a fantastic experience, especially for the great price.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was very convenient for us as it was situated near major freeways, making it easy for us to go anywhere we needed to. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed—including a kitchenette and microwave. The staff was very accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlight of our stay. We were able to relax and unwind, enjoying the sunshine on the sun terrace.

The location is convenient, near the highway but noise-free. The breakfast has good variety and hot options. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and clean. The staff is informative and helpful.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the fast and professional check, in process. the room was clean, well, maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items and was enjoyed by many guests.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. the noise level in the hotel was too loud, which made it difficult to relax and unwind.
