The parking garage is a nightmare!!! Unmonitored and poorly maintained, my vehicle suffered extensive damage. I had to chase management for a refund. Also, the shuttle service is first-come, first-served with no prior notice on departures!!!

Proximity to the concert venue was exceptional, and the shuttle service added great convenience. The room was spacious, clean, and remained comfortably cool despite the outside heat, which was impressive. However, the parking situation was frustrating, experiencing unmonitored areas that led to significant vehicle damage. Communication with management regarding this issue was lacking, leaving me with unresolved concerns. The food options, particularly the delicious salads, were a highlight of my stay.

Utilize the free laundry facilities during your stay. they’re conveniently located and can come in handy for a longer visit.

Loved the indoor pool and 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi was great, but parking tokens were annoying.

I really appreciated how close everything was. We could walk to a great dinner nearby, felt like we were right in the heart of it all! Plus, the staff was genuinely kind, they really made the experience better with their friendly vibes.
