We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice seating area. The rain shower head had great pressure, making for a refreshing shower experience. The staff was polite and accommodating, providing excellent service. The continental breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, as we were able to easily walk to the Kirkland center for our event and to other destinations in this city.

I recently had a fantastic girls trip and stayed at Springhill Suites in downtown. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with great ideas to make our trip even better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, microwave oven. The hot breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, and the shuttle van made it convenient for us to explore the area. The location was perfect, right near stores and just around the corner from Amtrak. we had no complaints and would definitely choose to stay at Springhill again on our next girls trip!

Great location near a Starbucks, Chipotle, and Publix within 2 minutes walking distance. the hotel lobby was spacious and inviting with plenty of seating and a large dining area. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing directions and recommendations. the rooms were spacious and well-renovated, with a large couch, bar/fridge/microwave area, and a tilting TV. the water pressure and heat in the shower were fantastic. Free parking at the nearby garage was a plus, as well as the free internet with good speed.

The bathroom was a bit small and the European-style half glass panel in the shower caused water to get on the floor. the bed was a little too soft for personal preference.

Enjoyed the modern amenities, including the large bar/fridge/microwave area and the tilting TV that could be adjusted for optimal viewing. the lobby was inviting and homey, with plenty of seating and a large dining area. the staff was ultra-friendly and accommodating.

Some issues with cleanliness and maintenance were encountered, such as lights not working and a faulty refrigerator. the TV in one room did not function, and bugs were discovered in the bathroom.

This hotel is excellent value for money! The attention to detail is spot-on. It’s located in an area with many restaurants to choose from and the staff are extremely attentive. The rooms are clean, spacious, and furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa. Plus, breakfast is included!
