Pool was small and the hot tub was nice but the pool was a little cold. The housekeeper was loud in the hallway, making it difficult to sleep in.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with separate living areas. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby places to eat. the free breakfast was a bonus, with a variety of options including eggs, sausages, and freshly made waffles. the hotel was conveniently located near a deli/restaurant, making it easy to find a quick bite to eat.

The shuttle service was unreliable during our stay. We had hoped to use it to explore the area without a car, but it was only available once and left us stranded on our return trip.

The little concession area with late-night snacks and the coffee/tea station were nice touches. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This hotel is perfectly located, close to restaurants, a shopping mall, and entertainment options. It's literally next to the convention center, which was so convenient for me. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to the convention center and find food places nearby. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory and the rooms, although a bit smaller compared to other suite hotels, were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was typical for this brand, but still good and reasonably priced. it was a great value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Additionally, it is close to a shopping mall & entertainment center. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was tidy. The staff was accommodating and friendly. I did find the swimming pool extremely small, misleading when you look at the picture online.

The rooms were clean and comfy, and we enjoyed the separate living room and kitchenette. The hotel also had a nice workout room with a good variety of equipment and complimentary earbuds. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed at the Springhill Suites in Schaumburg for a two-night shopping trip with our kids. The pool and complimentary breakfast were a huge hit with the kids, and the breakfast bar was well organized, well stocked, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The hotel was beautifully decorated and located in a great spot for visiting Woodfield or the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
