During my xmas stay, two things that I appreciated the most were the friendly staff and the convenient location. The staff was always welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The location was ideal for me as it was close to all the major attractions and shopping centers. the shower handle on the opposite side of the showerhead was a nice little touch that made my experience even better.

The air conditioning didn't work for 3 out of my 5 day stay and there was no compensation for the inconvenience. This made it incredibly uncomfortable and hard to sleep, especially with the heat being over eighty degrees in the room.

This hotel is exceptional! The location next to Fiddler's Green Amphitheater is perfect, making it convenient for attending concerts. The room is great, with a microwave and refrigerator, and the bathroom is clean. The staff is friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure guests have a great stay. The breakfast offers a variety of hot and cold options, and the free parking is a bonus. The outdoor seating area may be small, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to all the other positives.

As adventure travelers, we loved the variety of breakfast options - hot and cold. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel staff, especially Taylor Michael at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. The shower handle being on the opposite side of the showerhead was a nice touch.

Our stay at Springhill Suites was exceptional! The hotel staff at the front desk were professional and went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had with pre-authorization for payment. After a thorough discussion, they took the time to understand the situation and ensured that everything was sorted out. The cleanliness of the hotel, the courteous service, and the great location made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for future stays.

One minor drawback was that the outdoor seating space was a bit small, and whenever someone smoked there, it affected the whole area. Additionally, the door to our room was sticky and required some force to open.
