the rooms were clean and quiet for a good sleep. the heater didn’t work altogether.

Room was very spacious and super clean, and the staff were always trying to maak 'n plan for us. Breakfast was lekker with just enough options to get us going in the morning. It's really close to the trolley stops so we could easily explore!

Just a bit noisy outside with traffic and some gekke guests keeping us up at night. Had to manage the noise, but overall, it was a solid stay!

the staff were super friendly and quick to help with a small leaking issue in our room. the breakfast selection was decent, with plenty of bread and waffle options that were a good deal for the price.

check-in was a bit late, and parking could be more secure.

Checking in early was a delight, and the fresh scrambled eggs at breakfast were a treat. The quick maintenance response to the slow-draining sink was impressive. Overall, a fantastic experience in NOLA.

my room was on the second floor, which was extremelly noisy due to traffic all night. The parking situation was dreadful, unsafe even. Also, I woudl ve been pleased with a room upgrade for putting up with all these issues but evidently, the staff are too busy to care. Overall, a disappointing experience. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The rooftop lookout and bar were such great spots to unwind, while our family suite gave us all room to stretch out. The breakfast spread was quite tasty—plenty of options to fuel up for our New Orleans adventures. Can't wait to come back kid-free!

Our family enjoyed a spacious room with stunning city views! The rooftop bar, though under renovation, promises to be an exciting spot upon completion. The nearby nightlife is easily accessible for evening outings. Pro tip, check out the local eateries for vibrant dining experiences!

Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, the team made sure all guests felt welcomed while providing convenient luggage storage for our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city more before our flight.
