my recent group visit was great, surpassing my previous stay in austin. the location was perfect for sxsw events, and the staff were genuinely accommodating. the lobby was spacious, and i appreciated the room's size along with a nice work area and accessible outlets.

During my stay, I faced several issues, starting with the lack of room cleaning service for extended stays. I had to call for fresh towels, which is quite inconvenient. Additionally, the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. For the price I paid for a suite, my expectations were not met, and I felt that I would have been better off choosing an Airbnb instead.

Location is unbeatable for exploring. Loved that they have a Starbucks in the lobby for my morning coffee fix. The breakfast buffet was great, but the check-in process felt unorganized. Happy hour was a nice touch too, though I'd recommend clearer instructions for guests.
