My boyfriend and I stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend getaway. The hotel's modern decor, helpful staff like Charles and Karen, and the comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable. We loved the trundle bed by West Elm, even though we didn't need it. The breakfast was delicious and the to-go bags were a fun touch during these times. The hotel's location near the airport was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful rest. we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

The staff walked in on me without knowing the room was occupied, which was unsettling. Housekeeping only changed the linens on one bed and did not replace all the towels in the bathroom.
