We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The size of the rooms was very generous and the hotel itself was beautiful. The service provided by the staff was wonderful, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. The beds were great and ensured a comfortable sleep. The hotel is not too close to the train station and mall shopping area, but they offer a free shuttle service every 15 minutes. Additionally, there is a taxi station right outside the lobby. The location of the hotel is very near to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the hustle of Osaka's malls and getting to the JR station with ease. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities provided were excellent. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast offered at the hotel was amazing.
