This hotel offers great value for money with spacious and very clean rooms. The staff are attentive and the basic amenities are well taken care of. The location is very nice, with several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can also walk to the river casino. The breakfast, although slightly chaotic, has a good selection of coffee, teas, eggs, muffins.

The breakfast could have been better than just granola bars.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Brandon was wonderful! The hotel was modern, clean, and spacious. The location was great, only 10 minutes from UPitt. The breakfast was excellent, with a hot meal and candy treats.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms at Springhill Suites. The king suite setup was perfect for our family of 5, with plenty of room for everyone. The separate bathroom layout, with sinks in each and a separate shower and toilet, was unique and convenient. The hotel's location was also great, close to where we wanted to be and with outside entertainment in the square during summer weekend nights. The friendly staff and quiet, clean lobby and rooms added to our positive experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and were always upbeat and friendly. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. I especially loved the separate water closet and bathroom - such a convenient feature that other hotels should adopt. The hotel's location in Bakery Square was perfect for me as it was close to my family in Point Breeze/Wilkinsburg. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the universities, hospitals, and downtown Pittsburgh.

The rooms were spacious and modern, with a separate toilet and shower - a feature I really appreciated. The hotel's location in Bakery Square was convenient, with nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for my family. We had young kids and being able to walk to the nearby park with a spray garden was a wonderful experience. Plus, having Panera Bread downstairs was so convenient. We also enjoyed the plentiful breakfast that was quickly refilled. And the small pool was just the right size for our kids to burn off some energy before bedtime.

The shower in our room needed some maintenance, but it was still usable. Additionally, there were a few lights that didn't work in our room, but they weren't the important ones.

Pros of our stay at the hotel: The room was incredibly comfortable with a separate water closet and bathroom which was a super convenient feature. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring that breakfast was served and cleaned up seamlessly despite the large number of guests. The food options were what you would expect in a hotel, with hot items served hot and cold items served cold. The available amenities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, fitness centre, and laundry were all top-notch. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was very convenient. The catering service was excellent, and express check-in/-out made our stay even more hassle-free. The hotel also had a tennis court and cots available, providing additional options for guests. Wheelchair access was provided, and it was great to see that the hotel had a strict no-smoking policy. our stay was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff kept everything well-stocked. We appreciated the complimentary evening treats and the daily newspaper. The room was spacious and clean with fresh towels. we had a reliable and comfortable stay.

The room was absolutely wonderful, clean beyond measure, and close to lots of little places to go. The location was great, close to many places in Pittsburgh like Heinz Field and PNC Park. The staff, especially Steven and Cari, were delightful and provided excellent customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops, including Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. The spacious rooms feature a separate toilet and shower, providing privacy and convenience. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the full breakfast bar is a nice amenity.

One negative aspect is that the hotel parking garage can be confusing to navigate, with the paystation located on a different floor and the need to use stairs instead of an elevator. the parking fee of $16 may be considered expensive for some guests.
