The room was located on the quiet top floor, offering a peaceful view of a wooded area. The modern design of the rooms and spacious lobby with games and seating areas were impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

the public spaces were comfortable and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed the outside patio where I could relax. the indoor pool was clean and refreshing, and my room was spacious and impeccably clean. the air conditioning was surprisingly quiet, and the two queen beds were extremely comfortable with soft sheets and a cozy comforter. the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at Tru By Hilton again and highly recommend it to my friends.

We particularly enjoyed the convenience of the squeeze bottles of bathroom products, a unique and eco-friendly feature. Moreover, the staff, especially the friendly girl who checked us in, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Tru By Hilton Chambersburg truly went above and beyond, making our stay a memorable one. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We also loved the beautiful patio and the clean indoor pool. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The dining area had cozy little spots where you could curl up with your device at charging stations or sit at comfortable tables. Snacks, beer, and wine were also available at the front desk. Although I didn't have a chance to check out the pool or gym, I would definitely recommend this hotel to young and older travelers alike.
