Inviting, modern hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Enjoyed Netflix on TV and relaxing on the comfy bed. Unfortunately, the nearby train caused some disturbances bringing vibrations to our room. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

My stay at Springhill Suites in Richmond Hill was a delightful experience. I was there for a short weekend getaway. the room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a convenient sofa bed. the TV remote was sanitized in a bag, and I could easily access Netflix and Amazon Prime. the location was perfect, right off I-95, with easy access to the highway and plenty of food options nearby. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast offered a hot, fresh, and varied selection. the hotel facilities were pristine and well-organized.

The room was spacious & modern, with great shower pressure. Super convenient off I-95 with good food options nearby. Staff efficiently handled the busy breakfast. Train noise was minimal, like background AC. King bed was firm and comfy, and the couch turned into a wide bed. Easy parking & smooth check-in.

Front desk made us fetch extra towels & sheets. Trundle sofa bed size & setup were inconvenient for families.
