My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We had initially booked another hotel, but they couldn't accommodate us. In a panic, we called the Springhill Suites and Kimberli answered the phone with a friendly voice. She not only helped us with directions to the hotel, but also greeted us warmly with a smile and even gave me a hug. Terri even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast served at the hotel was the best I've ever had, with plenty of options and everything served hot. The overall service from the staff was kind and helpful throughout our entire stay.

The only downside was that housekeeping wanted to clean our room while we were getting dressed. It was a bit awkward having to sign a form through the door while standing in my underwear.

Attending a wedding in Canton, we stayed at Springhill Suites for a few nights with our family. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Guests have access to an outdoor patio and lobby area to relax and socialize. The staff is friendly and accommodating and offers a delicious breakfast.

Some guests may find the glass door to the bathroom to be a distraction, especially for those who are sensitive to light when trying to sleep.

We were there for a family funeral and the staff was incredibly compassionate and sympathetic. The check-in experience was seamless and the breakfast options were delicious. The location, despite being close to the freeway, was surprisingly quiet. our stay at Springhill Suites was excellent and we feel like we've found our new "Home Away from Home" for future travels. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as it was conveniently located by the Canton area, providing proximity to numerous restaurants. Secondly, the hotel rooms were well-equipped with all the necessities including a couch which was nice for relaxing. Lastly, the made to order waffles were a highlight of the breakfast spread.

The bathroom door design was not ideal as it allowed too much light to enter the room during late night bathroom trips, disrupting sleep. Furthermore, the sliding frosted glass door did not provide complete privacy, which was uncomfortable.
