Early check-in was accommodated without question. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast staff served juice and cleared plates. Pleasant checkout process with offer of directions. Loved the hotel and staff!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Springhill Suites. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, offering a separate office area which was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the microwave and coffeemaker were a nice added touch. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious. We were also impressed with the night manager, Karen, who was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. we felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay.

Spacious, clean rooms with modern decor. Great indoor pool with comfortable temperature. Staff went above and beyond, even giving a personalized "get well" card. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The go-to hotel in the Cleveland area, especially for families with young children.

I had a great stay at Springhill Suites! The value for money was amazing with plenty of space in the 2 bedroom suite. The location was convenient, being close to the highway exit, and the staff treated me like a VIP, remembering my name throughout my stay.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

For the price, this hotel was a great value. It's located in a nice area with a steak house and other restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with additional seating. The breakfast was included and had a good variety including scrambled eggs.
