The check-in process was less than smooth, as I encountered confusion regarding my reservation that impacted my overall first impression.

We had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Downtown! The room was spacious, which was great for our family. We loved the balcony that overlooked the neighboring building's pool, perfect for morning coffee. The front desk staff, especially Bria, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. The valet service was efficient, and we appreciated the convenience it provided. The clean and modern decor added to our enjoyable experience.

It was just a nice choice for a relaxing holiday in Fort Lauderdale with value for money. The rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day, offering stunning views. Make sure to ask the staff for any local dining recommendations—they're super helpful.

i almost thought this hotel would be a delight, until i encountered inhospitable staff and a lack of basic amenities. seriously, only one paper cup for coffee? outrageous! also, i was absolutely looking forward to the rooftop pool, but not a single person came to check on my comfort. i would’ve been nice to receive a welcome gift for my troubles.

The noise from the rooftop bar was unbearable late into the night!!! Valet parking fees are completely excessive at $32 per night!!! Communicating with the staff was frustrating due to inconsistent policies and a general lack of accountability!!!

I had a great experience at this hotel! The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to unwind, but beware—it's loud with the DJ playing until late. Also, the room was very clean, but I didn't get the balcony I paid for online. I would stay here again!
