Exceptional value and service for the money. I requested an allergen-free room, but the first one wasn't. Jasmine promptly found me another. Overall I recommend this hotel, despite the minor inconvenience of narrow rooms.

As a family of 6, we found the largest room at Springhill Suites to be a great value. The room was well appointed, with comfortable bedding and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast offered something for everyone, and the available coffee was a welcomed perk for early mornings. The water bottle dispenser not only saved us money, but also provided an eco-friendly option to reuse our containers. The complimentary bikes were a fantastic bonus, saving us the need to rent. The sleeping arrangement and layout of the room were perfect, and the location was ideal for exploring the area.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Coeur d'Alene and had a fantastic experience. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several great restaurants, making it easy to explore the downtown area and enjoy stunning views of the lake. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a Peloton bike and complimentary toiletries. Lastly, the included breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a good selection of options available at 7:20 am.

We were given complimentary chocolates and snacks as a welcome gesture. the hotel is located very close to all the main attractions, making it easy to navigate the city. Plus, we really enjoyed the breakfast spread every morning.

The rooms were quite small and cramped. there was a lot of noise from nearby traffic and guests in neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Great stay, no issues in a long stay. Housekeepers were great, breakfast better than most full service hotels. Perfect location, walking distance to good restaurants. Free happy hour and drinks throughout the day for no cost.

The hotel lobby was beautifully lit and inviting. The front desk staff was courteous, professional, and very helpful. The room layout was like a studio apartment, and the bathroom had great lighting. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The hotel had a pool, workout room, splash pad area, mini-golf area, business area, WiFi. The breakfast had a good variety and was clean and flavorful.

The only complaint was that there was no remote control in the room initially, but the front desk quickly provided a new one that worked. Additionally, there were loud guests above us late at night, and when we called the front desk, there was no answer.

The hotel's location near highway access and several great restaurants made it convenient and enjoyable for our family.
