Impressive breakfast variety to start your day.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. The shower pressure was extremely low, which made preparing for the day unpleasant. Additionally, the towels were stiff and felt like sandpaper against my skin. I also noticed the carpets in some areas were worn, giving off a less than desirable impression. It's disappointing when basic amenities like these aren't up to par.

I had a surprisingly delightful stay at SpringHill Suites Des Moines West! The room was as spacious as a studio apartment, complete with two flat-screen TVs and a cozy lounge area. It felt like I was staying in a mini luxury suite! The breakfast spread left me feeling like a kid in a candy store, with a buffet of delicious hot items that made my mornings brighter. Even the pool and hot tub area were open until 10 PM—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, a welcoming stay that was pretty darn close to five-star quality!

Minor shower pressure issues.

the room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. breakfast had a nice variety which I liked a lot. the staff were friendly, especially the guy who helped me get a razor when I forgot mine. location is easy to get to from the highway. loved that late check-out at 12, made my day!

the hallways were a bit worn and needed some cleaning. also, the pool area was nice but could use more supervision, there were kids running around late.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which made me feel right at home. The King Suite with Sofa Bed was spacious with a separate TV lounge area. It featured two flat-screen TVs and a large desk with a comfortable chair. The breakfast had an excellent variety, and the coffee was very good. The pool and hot tub area were well-maintained and open until 10 PM. Overall, a nice experience! 😊

The kids loved the spacious breakfast area, and we enjoyed having a good selection of hot items each morning! With the Des Moines Golf and Country Club just a minute's drive away, it was the perfect spot for our family retreat.

My kids wished for thicker blankets on the sofa bed.

this hotel is actually pretty cool and clean. the room was big and comfy for my fam. friendly staff helped us with getting a first floor room, which was nice since we had a lot of luggage. breakfast had a good amount of options, really enjoyed it! location is great too, near the mall and stuff.

but the wifi was kinda slow and we had to pay for an upgrade. also, the hot water went out for a bit, which was a bummer.
