The value for money at this hotel was excellent - clean and spacious huts with great air con and comfortable beds. The location was convenient, although a car is recommended for getting into town. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially our bartender who gave us great recommendations.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the stunning views from our room, especially during the sunrise. the rooms were simple but cozy, and the screened balcony with a hammock was a nice touch. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to explore the nearby town for dinner options.

The pricey restaurant, so we mostly ate elsewhere. the room cleaning could have been more thorough at times.

The pools were nice, and the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The location was perfect, close to the city center and various tourist attractions in the San Ignacio mountains. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a great bargain, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

We spent 5 days exploring the nearby Cahal Pech ruins and museum, which were just a short walk away. The view of the surrounding countryside from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The bungalow we stayed in was charming and comfortable, with its own patio area to relax and take in the view. We also appreciated the convenient tour options provided by the hotel, making it easy for us to book transfers and explore the area.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the Guatemala border and convenient for our trip to Tikal. the staff was friendly and arranged transportation for us, which was a relief. Another positive aspect was the beautiful view from the hill where the hotel was situated. It was amazing to see the region from up there.

One aspect that we did not particularly like was the presence of some debris on the path to the bungalows. Although it only consisted of a couple of bits like a band, aid and litter, it remained there for two days, which slightly marred the attractive setting.

We especially enjoyed the poolside bartender, who made our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast at the resort was awesome, and we loved having a hammock in our hut patio. the resort's hilltop location provided a stunning sunset view. our experience at Cahal Pech Village Resort was fantastic.

The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the stunning location down the hillside, offering the best views of the San Ignacio mountains. Our room with a queen bed, balcony, and a nice view provided a comfortable and relaxing retreat throughout our stay. The staff were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the breakfast included in our rate was a wonderful added bonus, providing a delicious start to each day.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a huge screened-in porch that had a hammock and chair, making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The hotel itself had a folksy charm, with beautiful artwork from local artists adorning the walls. The swimming pool area was also a standout feature, providing a serene atmosphere to unwind and soak up the sun.

the location was incredible. It's situated up a steep hill, which means that the resort is very quiet and peaceful. The view overlooking the valley was absolutely breathtaking. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were so helpful and kind, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in our room were exactly what we expected. The room itself was clean and comfortable, although a little dated. Also, the breakfast buffet was a great bargain, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We particularly loved the delicious somisas that they served every morning.
